AVEX Launches New Website!

Papa's got a brand new website!

After a few months of discussion, design, and implementation, we are happy to unveil our brand new website at www.goavex.com!  The new site is populated with more relevant information about our core offerings (Event Production and In-House AV Services).

AVEX added 50% more warehouse space to increase storage and prep capacity.

AVEX also moved both Minnesota and North Carolina offices this year to accommodate additional growth.  In Minneapolis, the office nearly doubled its warehouse square footage, while the North Carolina branch beyond doubled the space!

In addition to the new web digs and expanded physical footprint, AVEX also continues its mission to improve and enhance its rental and production equipment pools. Check out the photos below for the highlights!

Headset Mic

Resident technical guru Nick Brady models the new Countryman E-6 microphone. AVEX recently purchased 12 of these units.

We recently purchased a brand new Midas M-32 Audio Mixing Console. This one is a beauty!

Baby Time!

Joe stopped by with his adorable little girl! We were all VERY excited to see her.

Compact Speaker

Mike introduces the Ingenia IG1T, a super compact little guy that packs a powerful punch. The nice this about these units, aside from their size, is that they are fly-able!

New Switching Rack

Video Specialist Brian put together our new Video Switching Rack which houses an Analog Way NeXtage 16 and some other handy goodies! This system allows us to easity drive multiple outputs from one switcher.

Battery Powered LEDs

AVEX Purchased 40 Cube Echo Icon battery powered led lights. These lights are more powerful than other battery powered uplights and also can be controlled wirelessly.

More Battery Powered LEDs

We ALSO purchased 63 Chauvet Freedom Par LEDs! These inexpensive LEDs are great for uplighting a big room with tons of lights. Bonus: They also can be controlled wirelessly!

Super Tripod!

Last but not least, AVEX purchased some 10' wide portable cradle screens. These screens are less obtrusive in the room than a standard tripod screen, are bigger than a tripod screen, and only cost $50 to rent!
