AVEX Rigging Request Form

Hello! Welcome to the AVEX Rigging Request submission area. We want to make this process as simple and efficient as possible.

If this is your first time rigging at an AVEX venue however, here are some helpful tips to get you started.

Please have the following info ready for submission:

  • Contact info (name, company, address, email, phone)

  • Load in and out dates of your event (with times)

  • Detailed Drawing of your event

    • Drawing must be in electronic format and include all fixtures and items that will be rigged, labeled, and placed in the drawing.
      Anticipated truss lines must be drawn accurately. Please include contact info for questions, if different from the submitting party.

    • If you do NOT have a drawing of your event, AVEX is happy to build one for you. Please contact us!
