Corporate Party
St Motel provided exceptional entertainment for a high end corporate party. AVEX provided all aspects of production including entertainment advance, lighting design, video design, electrical management, draping, uplighting, and all technical support labor during the event.
Leads
Having a designated lead technician was key with this event. There were lots of moving parts and various other vendors to coordinate with. Technical Directors manage the onsite changes that inevitably occur and can over see the event as a whole on make sure nothing slips between the cracks.
Organization
Keeping equipment organized on site helps to keep set up on track. Less time is spent looking for the next piece if everything is in its place. These moving lights provided the rich color and dynamic effects that elevated the event.

Focus
Focused lighting really helped show off this artwork during the event and definitely caught attendees eye.
Social Media
Live social media updates were integral to the clients objective for this event. The appropriate sized screen behind the bad helped to keep the whole room involved.

A plethora of moving lights allowed for an ever changing feel to the venue.

A Prince theme for this section of put put called for plenty of Prince Purple.
Pop!
Black lights mixed with the regular fixtures brought a bright pop of neon to the games and audience areas of the event.
AVEX made sure to incorporate the technology into the design of the main event and made sure to match the screen content to the performance when not in use for the presentations or social media portions.
Stage lighting
Stage specific front light is important for a show like this so your performer or presenters don’t get discolored from the decor effects. We want to make sure our clients look like the rock stars they are!
Zones
This particular event also called for separate zones to be created. Each zone had their own objective and audio visual needs. Side by side each zone could function as part of the whole.
