Pre-payment is required. Accepted methods of payment: ACH, credit card, or check.
For orders placed less than 7 days prior to event set up, a late fee applies (25% of equipment charges)
World Market Center - Expo Booth Submission Checklist:
The Name of your Event
Contact info (name, company, address, email, phone)
Load in and out dates and times of your Booth or Banners
Booth details and information
If you are requesting a banner hang only, please select that option in the form.
Please specify any power requirements, if applicable.
Due to the unique architecture of the building, certain locations in the Expo Hall have limited or no available hanging points overhead.
We can provide a diagram of the Expo Hall with these areas where rigging is not available highlighted for your reference. A smaller version is on the right.
Detailed Manufacturer’s Drawings
Drawing must be in electronic format and include all items that will be rigged, including the dimensions and weight of each piece,
and their intended placement on the approved rigging points in the drawing.Anticipated banner or sign hanging locations must be drawn accurately, or may result in additional pre-production charges or approval delays.
